Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble.

Who doesn't love a good crumble? I wanted to experiment a bit and decided to use strawberries and rhubarb, a combination that never fails, in my opinion. And just look at it: doesn't it look delicious? I'm a huge fan of this experiment and I'm definitely going to make this more often!

Ingredients (3-4 servings)

  • 210 g strawberries
  • 180g rhubarb
  • 50g sugar
  • 35g all purpose flower
  • 25g oats
  • 50g dark brown sugar
  • 50g butter

Preparation

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries and rhubarb into little chunks.
  2. Mix the sugar in with the fruit. Let it rest a couple of minutes so the liquid comes out.
  3. Mix the flower, oats, dark brown sugar and butter together until it's clumpy.
  4. Put the fruit in a cup (that's ovenproof) and sprinkle the crumble on top.
  5. Put in a hot oven (180°C) for 30minutes (or until it's golden brown)
